1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 The company MILAKI s.r.o., with its registered office at Starorímska 1371/4, 851 10 Bratislava – city district Rusovce, Company ID: 57006687, Tax ID: 2122542004, registered in the Commercial Register under file No. 189031/B of the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III (hereinafter referred to as the “operator” or “controller”), is the operator of the website www.ecostrecha.sk and processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”).
1.2 The Personal Data Protection document (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal data obtained when using the services of www.ecostrecha.sk, the purpose of using such data and the manner and conditions of their processing.
2. Legitimate Interest and Purpose of Data Processing
2.1 The legal basis for processing personal data is:
2.1.1 the performance of direct marketing by the seller, provided that the data subject has not objected to the processing of their personal data in this way (sec. 2.3 Privacy Policy),
2.1.2 another legal basis (e.g. for proving correctness and legality of accounting procedures or for the possibility of defense against legal claims) – in such cases the operator may process certain data even after withdrawal of the data subject’s consent.
2.2 The primary purpose of collecting and processing client data is to ensure the operation of the company in terms of marketing and business:
2.3.1 functionality and smooth operation of the website, possibility of analyses and further development,
2.3.2 sending commercial communications, newsletters, etc. via e-mail,
2.3.3 building a visual gallery of products for the purposes of promoting the operator in media,
2.3.4 filling the website, social media profiles and other media channels with visually attractive content based on own authentic records.

3.1 Data collected about a website visitor when submitting a contact form or upon direct request by a sales representative:
3.1.1 title, first name, last name,
3.1.2 e-mail contact
3.2 Data collected for website traffic purposes via code embedded in the website; information is obtained from the visitor’s browser:
3.2.1 IP address,
3.2.2 device type,
3.2.3 time and duration of access,
3.2.4 referring page,
3.2.5 enabling/disabling cookies,
3.2.6 clicks on objects on the page,
3.2.7 operating system used,
3.2.8 browser type, version and language,
3.2.9 window and screen resolution,
3.2.10 other technical parameters.
3.3 Data collected for the purposes of media promotion of products, always with prior consent of the data subjects and with emphasis on maintaining their full privacy and anonymity:
3.3.1 customer references, interviews, links to interesting projects, etc.
4. Data Recipients
4.1 Employees of the operator for whom the contact data of the website visitor are relevant.
4.2 Subcontractors of the operator participating in the comprehensive operation of the website and its continuous improvement:
4.2.1 operators of servers, web hosting and other technologies used by the seller to ensure the functionality of online services (traffic data only),
4.2.2 providers of programming and other supporting technical services, services related to traffic measurement and customization of website content to user preferences (traffic data only),
4.2.3 advertising agencies and social marketing platforms (visual outputs only).
4.3 Representatives of state or EU authorities in case of lawful request.
4.4 The website operator does not provide and does not intend to provide personal data of buyers:
4.4.1 to any other third party whose interest is not related to the performance of the purchase contract,
4.4.2 to third countries or international organizations.
5. Data Security Conditions
5.1 The operator declares that it has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data of website visitors against loss, destruction, alteration, theft or unauthorized disclosure.
5.1.1 This applies both to data storage systems and to storage containing personal data in printed documents.
5.2 The operator declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
5.2.1 All employees of the operator are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data.
6. Data Retention Period
6.1 The operator stores contact data of website visitors for the period necessary for the performance of rights and obligations arising from their contractual relationship.
6.1.1 For archiving purposes, for a period of 10 years after termination of the contractual relationship.
6.2 The operator stores e-mail contacts of buyers until consent to their use for marketing purposes is explicitly withdrawn.
6.3 The retention period of personal data from the contact form is 12 months, for the purpose of possible follow-up contact and response to the visitor’s inquiry.
7. Rights Guaranteed by GDPR
7.1 Right to information – fulfilled by publication of this document on the website.
7.2 Right of access – the visitor may request how and for what purposes personal data are processed.
7.3 Right to rectification – correction of incorrect or outdated data.
7.4 Right to erasure – if the visitor no longer wishes the data to be processed.
7.5 Right to object – if data are processed unlawfully.
7.6 Right to data portability – transfer between service providers.
7.7 Right to withdraw consent – especially for marketing purposes.
7.8 Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
8. Use of Cookies
8.1 The website www.ecostrecha.sk uses cookies that help ensure its better functioning. They are used, for example, to store the last viewed products, which can then be displayed during the next visit, to enable access to secured areas and for other purposes to maintain set preferences. Thanks to cookies, visited websites remember the visitor’s actions and settings, so this data does not need to be entered repeatedly, thereby simplifying and improving the use of the website.
8.2 Cookies are small text files that may be sent to the browser when visiting websites and are stored on the visitor’s device.
8.2.1 Cookies cannot be assigned to a specific person and do not contain any personal data of the customer by themselves. Cookies do not contain any viruses and do not damage the customer’s computer in any way.

8.2.3 Temporary and permanent cookies may be used on the website www.ecostrecha.sk. Permanent cookies (so-called persistent cookies) remain on the visitor’s device until their validity expires or until they are manually deleted. Their significance lies in the fact that the website can recognize the device during the next visit.
8.3 By using the website www.ecostrecha.sk, the visitor expresses consent to the use of cookies in accordance with their browser settings. If the customer has visited the operator’s website and has cookies generally enabled in their browser, this is automatically considered as acceptance of the conditions for the use of cookies on this website.

8.5.5 improving the provider’s own products.
8.6 The website www.ecostrecha.sk also contains links and integrated content from other websites. Therefore, cookies that are not under the control of the seller may be created during the use of this website.
8.6.1 This includes, for example, the use of third-party analytics and marketing automation tools (Analytics and Adwords tools by Google) or displaying video sequences loaded from third-party websites (e.g. YouTube). This results in the acceptance of cookies from these third-party services. The company Vizartt has no control over the storage of or access to these cookies. 9. Final Provisions
9.1 By submitting the contact form from the website www.ecostrecha.sk, the website visitor confirms that they have been informed about the conditions of processing their personal data, have understood them and fully accept them.
9.2 If the website visitor has not expressed disagreement with the processing of their personal data in the online store for the purposes of e-mail marketing, they have thereby consented to receiving e-mail messages from the seller to their contact e-mail address.
9.2.1 The buyer may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a request to be removed from the mailing list. Subsequently, they will be deleted and the personal data provided by them (e-mail) will no longer be used for e-mail marketing purposes.
9.3 These Privacy Policy conditions come into force on 12.02.2025 and apply exclusively to the website www.ecostrecha.sk.
9.4 The operator is entitled to change and amend these conditions without prior notice to the website visitor.
9.4.1 The new version of the Privacy Policy will be published on its website and, upon request, sent to the client by e-mail.
